Tengo el placer de comunicarle que, gracias al trabajo realizado en la Convocatoria Internacional de Arte Digital MIAD Venado Tuerto, he sido nombrado REPRESENTANTE en Argentina del Museum of the Americas               ( M.O.A. ) de Doral, Florida, Estados Unidos.

El señor Dr. Raul Oyuela, director del Museo, me otorgo tal distinción para acreditarme en la selección de artistas para armar exposiciones en dicho museo.

Condiciones generales :

La convocatoria a la exposición Arte Contemporáneo Internacional III  en el Museum of the Americas esta abierta a artistas plásticos de cualquier nacionalidad.

La técnica y el tema de la obra es  LIBRE

La medida UNICA es de 60 x 80 cm., la obra que  exceda este tamaño  no será aceptada.

La obra deberá enviarse  ENRROLLADA  para economizar costos de traslados. Si la técnica de la obra no lo permitiera, esta deberá ser enviada lista para colgar, respetando siempre las medidas de 60 x 80 cm. El costo del traslado de la obra es a cargo del artista.

El coordinador de exposiciones proveerá bastidores de 60 x 80 cm para el montaje de la obra.

La fecha para la recepción de la obra es del 10  al 20 de JUNIO  del 2010 debiéndose cumplir estrictamente, las obras presentadas fuera de la fecha no serán aceptadas.

La fecha para el retiro de las obras es el 25 y 26 de JULIO en la misma dirección del Museo. Pasada esta fecha el coordinador de exposiciones y el museo no se hacen responsables del envío a sus correspondientes destinos. Se dará por entendido que, el artista que no retira su obra en la fecha estipulada, la misma es DONADA  a instituciones de bien publico.

Cualquier deterioro que pueda sufrir la obra en el traslado y exposición será responsabilidad del artista.

El museo tiene a cargo :

1-     confección y distribución de invitaciones al publico en general

2-     invitaciones exclusivas a la inauguración para artistas participantes y  prensa

3-     distribución y colgado de obras en la sala

4-     Brindis inauguración

5-     Catalogo con imagenes de las obras de todos los participantes

6-     Difusión en medios de prensa escritos

El coordinador de exposiciones  tiene a cargo:

1-    Selección de artistas participantes

2-    Recepción de las contribuciones

3-    Recepción de obras en el museo y posterior envío

4-    Proveer bastidores para las obras

5-    Armado y desarmado de las obras

6-    Contacto  artista-comprador si hubiera algún interesado

       en adquirir su obra, sin comisión alguna.

7-    Envío de diplomas de participación, catálogos

      y recortes de prensa a cada participante

La contribución fijada por artista  es de  250 euros ( 300 dólares ) por obra, pudiendo participar con un máximo de 2 obras.

Para la participación

el asunto deberá decir:  participación Arte Internacional III Museum of the Americas

conteniendo la siguiente información :

1-     Archivo adjunto de una imagen JPG de baja resolución de una obra . Cualquiera

2-     Titulo, técnica, año de realización y costo de la obra

3-     Archivo adjunto JPG de baja resolución foto de autor

4-     Datos personales del autor :   Fecha de nacimiento, nacionalidad, dirección actual, dirección email y correo postal

La fecha limite de inscripción es el día 5 de MAYO 2010.

La Exposición Arte Contemporáneo Internacional III estará integrada por los primeros  40 artistas que envíen su participación, por lo cual hasta no completar estas plazas usted NO deberá abonar la contribución. Recién completado el cupo mínimo de artistas expositores, usted recibirá un mail autorizándolo al envío de la contribución que realizara  a través  de una transferencia por Western Union.

Por favor, NO ENVIE AHORA LA CONTRIBUCION. Evite gastos innecesarios de devolución de dinero  que correrán por su cuenta.

Se da por asentado que cada artista al participar esta de acuerdo y acepta las condiciones generales de la Exposición  Arte Contemporáneo Internacional III  a desarrollarse en el Museum of the Americas, Miami, Estados Unidos, del 9 al 23 de Julio del 2010.

General conditions :     The call to the Show of Contemporary International Art III

in the Museum of the Americas is open for plastic artists from everywhere.                                                                                  

The technique and the subject of the work are FREE.

There will be a UNIQUE size of 60 x 80 cm., the work exceeding this size will not be

accepted.

The work should be sent ROLLED UP in order to save transportation costs.

If the work technique would not allow it, it should be sent ready to be hung, always

respecting the size 60 x 80 cm.

The transportation cost of the work is in charge of the artist.                                          

The show coordinator will provide frames of 60 x 80 cm to mount the work.

Any work damage during transportation or showing will be responsibility of the artist.

The date to receive the work is as from JUNE 10 to 20, 2010

and it must be strictly obeyed.

The works not presented within this time will not be accepted.

The date to get the works back is JULY 25 and 26 in the same address of the Museum.

After that date, the show coordinator and the museum will not be responsible of sending

the works to their pertinent destinations.

It will be supposed that the artist who does not take his/her work back during the stated

date, will GIVE the work to charitable organizations.  

The museum will be responsible for the following: 

1-     Preparation and delivery of invitations to the general public.

2-     Exclusive invitations to the opening for participant artists and press.

3-     Work distribution and hanging in the room.

4-     Opening ceremony.

5-     Catalogue with the work image of all participants.

6-     Circulation in the written press.            

The show coordinator will be responsible for the following:

1-   Selection of participant artists.

2-   Contribution reception.

3-   Work reception in the museum and appropriate delivery.

4-   Frame supply for the works.

5-   Works mounting and dismantling.

6-   Contact artist-buyer if there were an interested party to buy his/her work,

     without any fee.

7-   Delivery of certificates of participation, catalogues,

    and press articles to each participant.

The contribution per artist is 250 Euros ( 300 American Dollars ) per work, being the artist able to participate with a maximum of 2 works.                                                                                                        

 Participation :

the subject should state:   participation in the International Art III Museum of the Americas

stating the following information:

        1- File attached of a JPG image low resolution of a work; any work,

            not necessarily the showing work.

2-     Heading, technique, year when the work was made, and price of the work.

3-     JPG file attached of low resolution with the author picture.

4-     Author personal data:  Date of birth, nationality, address, email, and postal address.   

The deadline to be registered is MAY 5, 2009.                                                                         

The Show of Contemporary International Art III will be composed by

the first 40 artists who send their notice,

so you should NOT pay the contribution until the vacancies are complete.

Once the minimum quota is complete, you will receive an email authorizing you to send the contribution by a Western Union transfer.

Please, DO NOT SEND THE CONTRIBUTION NOW.

Avoid unnecessary refund charges, which shall be at your own expenses.                                                                                                                                                           It is supposed that if the artist participates, he/she agrees the general conditions of

the International Show of Contemporary International Art III  taking place in the

Museum of the Americas, Miami, United States of America, as from July 9 to 23, 2010.

Conditions générales :

La convocation à l'exposition Contemporain International Art III

dans le Museum of the les Amériques cette ouvert à des artistes matières plastiques de toute nationalité.

La technique et le sujet de l'oeuvre est LIBRE La mesure UNIQUE est de de 60 x 80 cm,

l'oeuvre qui dépasse cette taille ne sera pas acceptée.

L'oeuvre on devra envoyer  ENROULEE  pour économiser des coûts de transferts.

Si la technique de l'oeuvre ne le permettait pas, celle-ci devra être envoyée prête à

accrocher, en respectant toujours les mesures de de 60 x 80 cm.

Le coût du transfert de l'oeuvre est à charge de l'artiste.

Le coordinateur d'expositions fournira des cadres de de 60 x 80 cm pour l'assemblage de l'oeuvre.

 Toute détérioration qui peut souffrir l'oeuvre dans le transfert et l'exposition sera la responsabilité de l'artiste.

La date prévue pour la réception de l'oeuvre est du 10  à  20 juin le 2010 en devant être strictement accompli, les oeuvres présentées hors de la date ne seront pas acceptées.

Le musée a à charge :

1 -Sélection d'artistes participant

2 -Réception des contributions

3- Réception d'oeuvres dans le musée et l'envoi postérieur

4 -Fournir des cadres pour les oeuvres

 5- Armé et désarmé des oeuvres

6 -Contact artiste-acheteur s'il y avait certain intéressé en acquérir son oeuvre, sans aucune commission.

7 - Envoi de diplômes de participation, catalogues et tu découpes de presse à chaque participant

La contribution fixée par artiste est de 250 euros par chaque oeuvre, en pouvant prendre part avec un maximum de 2 oeuvres.

en contenant l'information suivante :

1 -Dossier joint d'une image JPG de basse résolution d'une oeuvre. Quelqu'un

2 -Titre, technique, année de réalisation et coût de l'oeuvre

3 -Archives je joins JPG de basse résolution photo d'auteur

4 -Données personnelles de l'auteur : date naissance, nationalité, direction actuelle, direction email et courrier postal

La date il limite d'inscription il est le 5 mai 2010.

L'exposé d'Art Contemporain International sera intégré par les 40 premiers artistes qui envoient leur participation, ce pourquoi jusqu'à ne pas compléter ces places vous ne devrez pas créditer la contribution. Récemment complété le contingent minimal d'artistes expositoires, vous recevrez un mail en l'autorisant à l'envoi de la contribution qu'il effectuerait à travers un transfert  par Western Union.

S'il vous plait. IL N'ENVOIE PAS MAINTENANT LA COLLABORATION

Évitez des frais inutiles de remboursement d'argent qui courront par leur compte.

On considère en comme affirmée que chaque artiste en prenant part celle-ci d'accord et accepte les conditions générales de l'Exposition Art Contemporain International

à développer dans le Museum of the les Amériques, Miami, les Etats-Unis, de du 9 à au 23 juillet le 2010.

Condizioni generali:

La chiamata all'esposizione di arte internazionale contemporanea III nel museo dei Americas è aperta per gli artisti di plastica da dappertutto.

La tecnica e l'argomento di lavoro sono LIBERI.

Ci sarà un formato UNICO di 60 x di 80 cm., il lavoro che supera questo formato non sarà accettato. Il lavoro dovrebbe essere trasmesso ROTOLATO SU per comprimere i costi del trasporto. Se la tecnica del lavoro non lo permetta, dovrebbe essere trasmesso pronto ad essere appeso, sempre rispettando i formati 60 x 80 cm. Il costo del trasporto del lavoro è incaricato dell'artista.

Il coordinatore di esposizione fornirà lle strutture di 60 x di 80 cm per montare il lavoro. C'è ne funzionano il danno durante il trasporto o mostrare sarà la responsabilità dell'artista.

La data per ricevere il lavoro è dal 10 al 20 giugno 2010 e deve essere obbedetta a rigorosamente.

Gli impianti non presentati nei limiti di questo tempo non saranno accettati.

La data per ottenere gli impianti indietro è il 25 e 26 luglio nello stesso indirizzo del museo. Dopo quella data, il coordinatore di esposizione ed il museo non saranno responsabili di invio degli impianti alle loro destinazioni pertinenti. Sarà supposto che l'artista che non prende il suo lavoro indietro durante la data indicata, DIA il lavoro alle organizzazioni caritatevoli.

Il museo sarà responsabile di quanto segue:

1 -Preparazione e consegna degli inviti a grande pubblico.

2- Inviti esclusivi all'apertura per gli artisti e la pressa del partecipante.

3- Distribuzione di lavoro ed appendere nella stanza.

4- Cerimonia di apertura.

5- Catalogo con l'immagine del lavoro di tutti i partecipanti.

6 -Circolazione nella pressa scritta.

Il coordinatore di esposizione sarà responsabile di quanto segue:

1 -Selezione di artisti del partecipante.

2 -Ricezione di contributo.

3 -Ricezione del lavoro nel museo e nella consegna adatta.

4- Rifornimento della pagina per gli impianti.

5- Impianti che montano e che smantellano.

6- Artista-compratore del contatto se ci fosse una parte interessata per comprare il suo lavoro, senza qualsiasi tassa.

7 -Distribuzione dei certificati di partecipazione, dei cataloghi e delle notizie di stampa ad ogni partecipante.

Il contributo per artista è di 250 euro (300 dollari americani) per lavoro, essendo l'artista in grado di partecipare con un massimo di 2 impianti.

l'oggetto dovrebbe dichiarare:

dichiarare le seguenti informazioni:

1-     Lima allegata di una risoluzione bassa di immagine di JPG di un lavoro; c'è ne funzionano, non necessariamente il lavoro di rappresentazione.

2-     Intestazione, tecnica, anno quando il lavoro è stato fatto e prezzo del lavoro.

3 - Lima di JPG allegata di risoluzione bassa con l'immagine dell'autore.

4 - Dati personali dell'autore: Data di nascita, la nazionalità, l'indirizzo, il email e l'indirizzo postale.

La scadenza da registrare è il 5 maggio 2009. L'esposizione di arte internazionale contemporanea III sarà composta dai primi 40 artisti che trasmettono il loro avviso, in modo da non dovreste pagare il contributo fino a che i posti vacanti non siano completi.

 Una volta che la quota minima è completa, riceverete un email che lo autorizza a trasmettere il contributo da un trasferimento di Western Union. Per favore, ORA NON TRASMETTA il CONTRIBUTO. Eviti le spese inutili di rimborso, che saranno alle vostre proprie spese.
